- Stainless Steel Precision – 2 series: These casters are maintenance free with permanently sealed precision bearings in metal housings for handling punishing, corrosive conditions. For added reliability and durability there is nothing like stainless steel allowing this caster. The top plate is thick steel for maximum durability, high impact strength, and includes a zero end play of the swivel mechanism. Typical applications include medical applications and autoclave operations. These casters are ergonomically friendly and durable with stainless steel precision swivel raceways for maximum roll and swivel ease. Wheel diameters are 5” and load capacity is 300 lbs. and wheel material selections include performa flat tread, polyolefin, TPR Hi-Temp and Polyurethane Hi-Tech.
Hamilton Casters: 100 Years of Excellence
Hamilton has some extremely heavy-duty casters in their Maxi-Duty series, which feature the Hamilton Precision integrated HPI Swivel Technology. This technology out performs conventional CNC machined ball raceways by improving the element of contact. Like their other designs we can work with the Hamilton engineers to custom design a caster to meet your specific needs. - EHD Series, Extra Heavy Duty Casters: These model casters are designed for heavy industrial applications where it is necessary to ensure dependable operation. The casters include HPI premium raceways that are CNC machined & hardened. The casters are machined from drop forged steel for a rugged and easy swivel operation. Some common industries that employ these casters are shipbuilding, jet engine factories and heavy equipment manufacturers. Many different wheel materials are available for modifying these castersfor a number of different uses. Load capacity ranges from 840 lbs. to 10,000 lbs. with wheel diameters of 6” to 12”.

Since 1891 the Faultless name has stood for quality in design and function, and their products meet the most demanding applications. In their Watertown, South Dakota location Faultless Caster and Nutting Material Handling Equipment maintains a complete manufacturing and product testing facility with more than 100,000 square feet of space. In this location they have a customer design and engineering department that can work with us to customize products to suit your exacting needs. - SHX 1400 Shock Absorbing Low Profile Casters: Designed by Faultless to provide added protection when moving sensitive payloads these casters include a shock absorbing mechanism to protect the loads during the temporary capacity excess seen during shock. Wheels are glass filled nylon, 1 13/16” wide by 3” diameter with load capacities of up to 1600 lbs. These casters have seen extensive testing for a wide variety of impacts and vibration levels that may occur in transportation, which makes them well suited for the moving industry. Casters have a corrosion resistant black oxide standard finish with the option of corrosion resistant zinc.
