This unit is equipped with a patented double lock ratchet, which features a high (40”) and low (27”) belt position to handle various appliance heights and comes standard with a 14’ poly belt.
The unit dimensions are height 60”, width 18” with a 4” X 24” base plate and a frame capacity of 800 pounds, and the unit has 6” hard core, soft tread wheels on a ¾” zinc plated axle for protection and rust prevention of the axle.

For taller loads, this truck features a retractable rear caster carriage attachment and high quality glass filled nylon continuous belt stair crawlers. The unit is equipped with a patented double lock ratchet with a 14’ poly belt and also has an optional auto-rewind ratchet.
This unit has 8” mold-on rubber wheels with 5” hard core, soft tread casters that come out and turn the unit into a four wheeled truck using the caster carriage attachment. Dimensions are height 66”, width 18” with a 5” X 24” base plate and a capacity of 1000 pounds.

The large 2” diameter polyurethane lifting feet provide more secure stair gripping to prevent slipping on flights of stairs. An auto rewind ratchet works first to take the slack out of the cargo belt and then provides a ratchet crank to securely tighten the load for greater safety.
Dimensions are width 24” and depth 12” with heights of either 66” or 72” and the units have 6” mold-on rubber wheels. Units are available with either single or dual batteries to operate the stair climbing action.
- Steel Appliance Trucks
All joints on these steel frame trucks are double welded for maximum durability of the rugged tubular steel construction. Units have options of an auto-rewind or manual belt tightening system and have options of 6” X 2”, 8” X 1.625” or 8” X 2” wheels with precision ball bearings.
Dimensions are width 24”, height 59”, depth 10” and capacities are either 600 pounds or 750 pounds depending on wheel type. Wheel materials available are mold-on rubber on aluminum core, solid rubber on a poly hub and mold-on rubber on a cast iron hub.
- Heavy Duty Auto-Rewind Appliance Truck With Swivel Casters
This truck is constructed of 1” heavy duty steel tubing and can be used in 2 wheel or 4 wheel mode with a dynamic lever activated fulcrum system where the fulcrum changes as the truck is tiled to decrease break over effort.
The swivel caster carriage can kick out for 4 wheel support and 2 webbed cargo belts with ratchet tighteners apply maximum load security. The truck has 10” poly hub main wheels with 6” rear swivel casters.
