Two Wheeled Hydraulic Models: Aluminum Frame
Wesco builds two models with a foot operated hydraulic pump. Both models come with 8” X 2” wheels with a .75” ball bearing for smooth rolling motion.
These aluminum frame models feature a 20” deep by 22” wide platform on an aluminum construction that is both rugged and lightweight.
The front platform touches the floor for easy loading and the foot operated hydraulic pump raises the platform with a foot release to lower the platform freeing the hands for safety. Wheel locks are standard on all models to hold the lift during loading and unloading.
Both models have a 400 pound capacity with differing lift heights of 40” and 54”. The dimensions for both are width 22.5” and depth of 32” but the overall heights are 48.5” for the lower lift height and 60.5” for the higher lift height.
Two Wheeled Hydraulic Models: Steel Frame
Also available in two wheeled models are steel framed hydraulic pump pedalifts. These also have the front tip of the nose that touches the floor for easy loading and unloading, a foot operated hydraulic pump to raise the platform and a foot release to lower it, and a wheel lock for safe loading and unloading.
You can choose between the platform table or fork style lifts. All have a capacity of 750 pounds and use 8” by 2” wheels with .75” precision ball bearings.
The platform tables come in three varieties:
- 20” X 16” platform with a lift height of 40” (width 22.5”, height 48.5”, depth 32”)
- 22” X 22” platform with a lift height of 54” (width 22.5”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
- 30” X 22” platform with a lift height of 54” (width 30”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
The two adjustable fork models both have two forks measuring 3” x 18” each, one with a lift height of 40” (width 22.5”, height 48.5”, depth 32”), and one with a lift height of 54” (width 22.5”, height 60.5”, depth 32”).
Four Wheeled Hydraulic Models: Steel Frame
Also available are steel frame model hydraulic pedalifts with two front casters for additional maneuverability, but with the loss of the front tip touching the floor. These models are available in painted steel or 304 stainless steel frame construction. The same foot operated hydraulic pump and foot release operate the platform or forks as are available on the two wheeled models. Due to the extra wheels the platform or forks sits 5.75” above the floor when lowered. All models have a capacity of 750 pounds.
The painted steel models have wheels that are 8” by 2” on .75” precision ball bearings and 3.5” diameter polyurethane ball bearing front swivel casters.
Five models exist for the painted steel:
- Platform: 20” X 16” with lift height of 40” (width 22.5”, height 48.5”, depth 32”)
- Platform: 22” X 22” with lift height of 54” (width 22.5”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
- Platform: 30” X 22” with lift height of 54” (width 30”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
- Forks: 3” X 18” with lift height of 40” (width 22.5”, height 48.5”, depth 32”)
- Forks: 3” X 18” with lift height of 54” (width 22.5”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
Wheels for these models are 8” by 2” polyurethane tread on polypropelene hubs with 304 stainless ¾” ball bearings for smooth motion, great durability and no marking of floors. The front swivel casters are plain bore 3.5” hard rubber.
Two stainless steel models are available:
- Platform: 22” X 22” with lift height of 54” (width 22.5”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
- Forks: 3” X 18” with lift height of 54” (width 22.5”, height 60.5”, depth 32”)
Two Wheeled Winch Models: Aluminum Frame
These models are designed much like the Two Wheeled Hydraulic Models in all aspects except the lift mechanism. These units include a manual winch with auto brake to raise and lower the table. Their light weight minimizes the effort required for moving and lifting of these units. Like the hydraulic models there are two models with lift heights of 40” and 54”.
