Douglas Equipment is growing. As of 2026, we are evaluating candidates for the following roles:
- Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual EN/ES) — full-time, Miami office. Industrial product knowledge preferred. Account management for FL and Central American customers.
- Outside Sales Representative — South Florida territory. Field visits to warehouse, food processing, healthcare, and construction operators. Existing book of business a plus.
- Caster Assembly Technician — full-time, Miami warehouse. Reads technical drawings, assembles custom-spec casters from BOMs. Mechanical aptitude required.
