Drum Handling Equipment

Drum handlers, tilters, rotators, dollies, lifters

In Stock — Miami Same-Day Will-Call OSHA-Compliant Specs

Drum handling is a category where catch-all brands cut corners — a dedicated specialist (Morse) makes the difference between a 6-month and a 6-year service life. Drum handlers (manual or powered) move 800-1,500 lb full drums in tight spaces; tilters dispense controlled pours; rotators support blending and reconditioning; dollies and stands provide stationary positioning. Stainless variants for food, pharma, and chemical applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

Manual drum handler vs forklift attachment — which is right?
Manual Morse handlers are the right answer when drum-handling is a dedicated activity (you have an operator working drums all day) or when you need to manipulate drums in spaces a forklift cannot reach. Forklift attachments work when drum-handling is occasional and the forklift is the constraint. Above ~10 drums per day, a dedicated handler pays back through forklift availability alone.
Stainless or painted steel drum handler?
Stainless required for food, pharma, and corrosive chemical applications. Painted steel is acceptable for general industrial drum handling (oils, lubricants, packaged goods) where corrosive content does not contact the equipment. Cost differential is approximately 40-60% — but stainless lasts 5-10x longer in corrosive service.
