How do I reduce the force needed to push our picking carts?

Larger diameter, harder tread and precision ball bearings. Going from a 4" rubber wheel to a 5" polyurethane wheel with ball bearings typically cuts push force by a third on sealed concrete.

Our casters fail at the swivel after a few months of towing. What should we change?

Switch to kingpinless rigs. Towing and dock-plate impacts destroy kingpin swivels; a kingpinless raceway takes the shock. Add swivel locks on the lead casters for straight tracking.

Do you offer fleet pricing?

Yes. For 100 or more casters or a blanket order across sites we quote fleet pricing and can stage releases from Miami. Tell us the annual volume in the form.

What do you supply besides casters?

Pallet jacks, hand trucks, platform trucks, dock boards and drum handling from Wesco, Vestil, Morse, Harper and B&P. One quote for the whole cart fleet and the dock.
