304 or 316 stainless?

304 covers most food, pharma and washdown floors. 316 adds molybdenum for chlorides: salt air, brine, bleach-heavy sanitation. Tell us the sanitizer and we will point you to a series that offers 316.

Are these casters "NSF certified"?

Douglas is a distributor, not a certifying body. Several series we stock are built to food-service style specifications with smooth, easy-to-clean geometry; ask us for the manufacturer documentation for the exact series you need.

Can I get a stainless caster that also handles high temperature?

Yes: stainless rigs with high-temperature phenolic or glass-filled nylon wheels are rated for ovens and autoclave carts. Tell us the peak temperature and dwell time.

What is the lead time?
