Questions buyers ask us

Which caster survives daily washdown with chlorinated sanitizer?
A stainless rig with sealed precision or stainless ball bearings and a polyurethane or nylon wheel. Avoid zinc-plated rigs and open bearings: they rust and seize within months of chlorine exposure.
Our oven racks lose wheels every few months. Why?
Standard wheels soften above 180 °F. Oven racks need high-temperature phenolic or glass-filled nylon wheels rated for the peak temperature, on rigs with high-temperature grease or no grease at all.
Do you sell the racks and equipment too?
No. We supply the casters and wheels that go on food-processing equipment, plus pallet jacks, hand trucks and platform trucks for the plant. We do not sell ovens, mixers or refrigeration.
Can you match the caster on an existing rack?
Send a photo of the rig, the plate or stem dimensions and the wheel size. We identify an equivalent in stock or a manufacturer cross-reference.
